  • $75 per month includes support for: Basic Capabilities , plus Extended Capabilities (up to five email redirections, single-password protection of selected directories, support for interactive forms, and image-mapping), and an average of 1/2 hour per month of "applications assistance" with development and enhancement of your web site. Additional maintenance and service provided at regular hourly rates. Annual contract, payable quarterly in advance. 10% discount for annual payment in advance.
  • $100 per month includes Basic and Extended Capabilities, plus "FTP" access to your site, and an average of one hour per month of "applications assistance" with development and enhancement of your web site. Annual contract, payable quarterly in advance. 10% discount for annual payment in advance.
  • $150 per month includes Basic Capabilities, Extended Capabilities, and FTP Access. Also included is choice of:

    Extended Support package, or

  • $195 per month includes Basic Capabilities, Extended Capabilities, FTP Access, and support for Microsoft Front PageÔ  server extensions. Annual contract, billable quarterly. 10% discount for annual payment in advance.
  • $250 per month includes support for Basic Capabilities, Extended Capabilities, FTP Access (pricing includes up to 100 mb of FTP and HTTP file transfer per month), and selection of three Advanced Capabilities from:
    • Bulletin Boards / Threaded Discussion Groups
    • On-line, Interactive Database, using Net DynamicsÔ / JAVA or Cold FusionÔ , making any ODBC database accessible from a web browser.
    • Secure Server, providing encryption of transmissions between browser and server.
    • Streaming Audio and Video. Included (one "stream") as one of the three capability options selected, or add $10 per month per simultaneous "stream" supported. Monthly rate includes up to 100 mb. of FTP and HTTP transfer per "stream" selected. Additional transfers priced at $.25 per megabyte.
    • Monthly Site Visitor Statistics, using Web TrendsÔ software to interpret and summarize site logs.

    $75/month additional per "Advanced Capability" selected in excess of three. Annual contract, quarterly billing. 10% discount for annual payment in advance. Additional charges may apply to "sites within sites" or sites which include embedded "Client" data or applications, requiring password administration systems for databases of passwords. Additional monthly advance charges will apply to high-traffic sites that regularly use more than 100 mb of FTP and HTTP file transfer per month, based on a rate of $25 per 100 mb of file transfer, or portion thereof.

  • Standard Support. Occasional support requiring ten minutes or less by telephone is typically included in your web site or email hosting cost. Support that exceeds 10 minutes is billed in 15-minute increments at the rate of $120 per hour.
  • Discounted Support. Bulk support can be purchased at the rate of $90 per hour, in 10-hour increments.

Email Services

  • Email Redirections: Email sent to an address on your business card of:

yourname@yourcompany.com is "redirected" so that it arrives in your current email box having a hypothetical address such as: 113896.24@compuserve.com.

By using email redirections, you can preserve your investment in business cards, stationery, and brochures by using your own domain name as part of your email address, regardless of whom you use as an Internet Access Provider. As Internet technology continues to change rapidly, you may decide to change your access provider to take advantage of faster connections available through satellite, wireless cellular, or cable technologies. Or, you simply may move to an area not served with a local dialup by your current provider.

Email redirections can include "non-personal" email addresses, such as "info@yourcompany.com."

  • Email Boxes. "Email redirections" work well for companies that have only one or two people connected to the Internet at any one location. They generally receive an email box in conjunction with their Internet Access account. However, when you have additional employees who receive their email from an email server connected to your Local Area Network, or who wish to access their email from multiple locations (such as from work or at home, using a single email address), a better solution is to provide email boxes on the Internet which can be accessed from any Internet connection, with the appropriate user name and password. Through arrangements with a national provider, we offer an unlimited number of email boxes. These services are priced at:
      • $5 per email address for up to 12 addresses served by individual or group email boxes
      • Volume pricing for more than 12 email boxes
    • Email Server. We can provide and install email server software that makes it possible for anyone on your Local Area Network to send and retrieve Internet email, sharing a single $20/month dialup connection to the Internet or a much faster $40/month ISDN connection. Each individual is assigned their own email address. As an authorized Team Internet (TM) reseller, we design and install easy-to-maintain router/firewall/email server solutions. You can provide your employees with high-speed access the to the Internet and email, for costs ranging from $1,500 to $3,500.
    • Email-to-Fax Service. Please inquire.
    • List Server. Please inquire.
    • Planning and configuration of Internet Access. As your use of the Internet increases, and it becomes part of your standard "business process," your needs for access will increase. As more individuals at each site need to become connected to the Internet, it becomes more economical and effective to connect your Local Area Networks to the Internet, using connections having greater bandwidth than your initial modem-based dialup account. Some of the available options include ISDN, Centrex ISDN, Frame Relay, T-1, T-3, Wireless Modems, Wireless T-1s, and Satellite connections. We provide consulting in identifying the solutions most appropriate to your requirements.

     Web Site Development:

    Custom or Complex sites.

    We specialize in developing more complex sites incorporating special features, such as Database, Bulletin Boards, Discussion Groups, Animation, Sound, and Search Engines. It is not necessary for us to develop your entire web site in order for us to incorporate many of these functions into your site. This is accomplished by using "virtual links," whereby certain specialized processes used on your site can be executed on one of our servers, returning the results and control to your site, in a manner which is transparent to the user. (This is a method used extensively by Federal Express for sales fulfillment.) Pricing depends on specific site design, size, complexity, and maintenance requirements.

    One-page sites
